- Once shipped from our warehouse the products are considered sold

- We do not accept returns to our warehouse for health and safety measures

- Upon receiving goods please advise ASAP to assess any concerns.

Concerns can include: 

• Documentation: To support the sale of goods
• Freshness: Production & expiry date
• Packaging: Any imperfections or damages from transit
• Faults: Products not working as per manufacturers instructions for use
• Quantity Errors

We at WOORAILOORA PTE LTD are fully committed to fighting the unauthorised sale of professional product at non-salon retailers. Thanks to our partner brands and manufacturers using coding systems and advanced methods of product tracking we are able to track and record our inventory movement. We also require a registered UEN for all of our customer accounts and mandate that all accounts with missing or outdated information be updated and validated or the account is deactivated.

Diversion is when professional products are sold in “unauthorised” places. Salon professional products you find outside of a salon are considered to be “diverted.” This includes any gift sets, travel sizes and all professional sized products.

We abide by anti-diversion agreements with our partner brands and manufacturers. Customer accounts that are flagged as diverters will not be allowed to shop on the site. If you feel your account has been flagged in error, please contact us through our contact details
