A global transport crisis has led to availability issues, but the vast majority of items are still in stock. The COVID-19 outbreak has greatly disrupted the global movement of supply and goods for many businesses from raw materials to finished goods.
The surge in demand worldwide for logistical services at this time has resulted in a global shortage of shipping containers, congested seaports, capacity constraints on vessels, and even lockdown in certain markets, amongst other challenges.
It is inevitable that we have not been spared from the effects of these global freight issues. We estimate about 10% of our range are currently affected by shipment delays, which impacts the availability of products as well as planned Deals.

Thanks to our partner brands and manufacturers using coding systems and advanced methods of product tracking we are able to track and record our inventory movement. We also require a registered UEN for all of our customer accounts and mandate that all accounts with missing or outdated information be updated and validated or the account is deactivated.
Diversion is when professional products are sold in “unauthorised” places. Salon professional products you find outside of a salon are considered to be “diverted.” This includes any gift sets, travel sizes and all professional sized products.
